By creating an advertiser account with OnChain Media Group, you agree to be bound by these Advertiser Terms & Conditions ("Advertiser Terms").
2. Advertiser Eligibility
To use our advertising platform, you must:

- Maintain valid payment methods
3. Account Setup and Management

4. Campaign Guidelines

- Meet technical specifications
4.2. Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited:
- Illegal products or services
- Adult content
- Weapons and ammunition
- Tobacco and vaping products
- Unapproved pharmaceuticals
- Misleading health claims
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Copyrighted material without permission
5. Bidding and Budget Management
5.1. Payment Obligations
You agree to pay for all valid clicks, impressions, or conversions generated by your campaigns according to our pricing model.
5.2. Budget Controls
You are responsible for setting and monitoring campaign budgets. We recommend implementing daily and lifetime budget limits.
5.3. Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your account.
6. Targeting and Data Usage
6.1. Audience Targeting
You may use our targeting capabilities to reach specific audiences, but must comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.
6.2. Data Collection
Any data collected through your campaigns must be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
7. Performance and Reporting
7.1. Metrics and Analytics
We provide comprehensive reporting on campaign performance, including:
- Impressions and reach
- Clicks and click-through rates
- Conversions and conversion rates
- Cost metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA)
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
7.2. Data Accuracy
While we strive for accurate reporting, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to technical limitations and third-party dependencies.
8. Brand Safety and Fraud Prevention
8.1. Brand Safety Measures
We implement brand safety measures including:
- Content classification and filtering
- Blocked and negative keyword lists
- Site category exclusions
- Real-time content monitoring
8.2. Fraud Detection
We use advanced fraud detection to identify and filter invalid traffic. Credits may be issued for confirmed fraudulent activity.
9. Compliance and Legal Obligations
9.1. Regulatory Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your campaigns comply with:
- Advertising standards and regulations
- Industry-specific requirements
- Geographic targeting restrictions
- Data protection laws
9.2. Intellectual Property
You must have the right to use all content in your advertisements, including images, text, and trademarks.
10. Refunds and Credits
10.1. Credit Policy
Credits may be issued for:
- Confirmed fraudulent activity
- Technical errors on our part
- Service disruptions
10.2. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the issue and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
11. Term and Termination
This agreement continues until terminated. Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms.
12. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected campaign in the 30 days preceding the claim.
13. Modifications
We may update these Advertiser Terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of changes.
