Publisher Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a publisher with OnChain Media Group, you agree to be bound by these Publisher Terms & Conditions ("Publisher Terms").
2. Publisher Eligibility
To be eligible to use our platform as a publisher, you must:
- Own or operate a website or digital property
- Have full legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate content standards
3. Content Standards
Your website must not contain:
- Illegal or harmful content
- Copyrighted material without proper authorization
- Malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Adult content (unless specifically approved)
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Misleading or fraudulent information
4. Ad Placement
4.1. Ad Implementation
You agree to:
- Implement our ad tags correctly and without modification
- Not interfere with ad serving or tracking
- Maintain proper ad viewability standards
- Follow our ad placement guidelines
4.2. Ad Density
Ads must not exceed 30% of your page's content area above the fold, unless otherwise approved in writing.
5. Traffic Quality
You must ensure that all traffic to your website is genuine and not generated through:
- Automated bots or scripts
- Incentivized clicks or views
- Click farms or artificial traffic sources
- Misleading placement or hidden ads
6. Payment Terms
6.1. Revenue Share
OnChain Media Group operates on a revenue share model. The exact percentage will be specified in your publisher agreement.
6.2. Payment Schedule
Payments are made on a NET 30 basis, provided you meet the minimum payment threshold of $100.
6.3. Payment Method
Payments are made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
7. Reporting and Analytics
You will have access to a real-time dashboard showing:
- Impressions and clicks
- Revenue and earnings
- Fill rates and eCPM
- Performance metrics
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Click on your own ads or encourage others to do so
- Manipulate ad serving or tracking mechanisms
- Place ads on pages with no content
- Use our services on banned content categories
9. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your content. OnChain Media Group grants you a limited license to use our ad technology for the duration of this agreement.
10. Term and Termination
This agreement continues until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms.
11. Liability and Indemnification
You agree to indemnify OnChain Media Group against any claims arising from your content or website operations.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Publisher Terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
